Our Mission is..........
To maximize our customer's success and
profitability by providing the best available value in service, equipment,
repairs, parts and technical support. This is a statement Warren &
Cherryl Kotzer live up to. Warren began in the agricultural business more
than 30 years ago when he graduated from high school and gained employment
in the parts department at the International Harvester Dealership in
Langenburg, Saskatchewan. Warren had been employed at the dealership for
approximately 11 years when the owner decided to exit the business and
offered to sell.
In March of 1984, Warren and Cherryl began
what is known today as Wardale Equipment. As a husband and wife business
team, they work well together complementing each other's personalities.
Cherryl manages the administration side as well as controller duties of the
business and Warren is the President and CEO of the business.
They started with the Langenburg business and
in 1995 were approached by CaseIH to purchase two company stores in
neighboring territories. The dealership expanded to include Preeceville and
Yorkton, Saskatchewan.
In the course of incorporating all locations
they, together with their staff, have been challenged with change. A
challenge they met head on to build three successful dealerships all of
which are still going strong today.
In the agricultural industry they are well
aware that in order to keep up with the ever changing world of technology,
they too must adapt to keep on the same level as the customers they are
serving. Warren and Cherryl believe strongly in the continued level of
service by offering appropriate support and training to staff. They realize
that a successful dealership is built on a strong and knowledgeable staff,
honesty, integrity and accountability. This has been proven over and over
again as their dealership has achieved the "certified" status of
the case corporation dealer certification of standards.
The most recent award the dealership has
received is the Western Producer outstanding dealership award in January
2005. This award is one of their proudest only because it comes directly
from the customer. This award serves as a reminder to the dealership and all
staff members that good character is the foundation of business. This is
what Wardale Equipment strives to maintain everyday and what makes their
dealership the dealership of choice.
